- Educator Registration: full name, date of birth, gender, photograph, mobile number, email address, city/state, LinkedIn profile, educational qualifications, employment history, current and expected salary, role preferences, resume, and certificates.
- School Registration: school name, board affiliation, school logo, principal and HR contact details, email, phone, address, and vacancy details including job description documents.
- Contact & Quick Enquiry Forms: name, email and/or phone, your message, and whether you are a school, educator, or other.
- Automatically collected: your IP address and submission timestamp, recorded against each form entry for security and spam-prevention purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To review educator profiles against relevant school vacancies, and school vacancies against relevant candidate profiles.
- To communicate with you about your registration, application status, or enquiry.
- To send administrative notifications (for example, confirming receipt of your submission).
- To maintain records of our recruitment pipeline (status tracking such as "Under Review", "Shortlisted", etc.).
- To improve our services and respond to feedback.
4. How We Share Your Information
Educator profile information (excluding sensitive salary details, unless relevant to a specific vacancy) may be shared with a school only where we believe there is a genuine fit for a role you have expressed interest in, or that fits your registered preferences. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with any party outside the recruitment purpose described in this policy.
5. Data Storage & Security
Submitted information, including uploaded documents (resumes, certificates, job descriptions, photographs, logos), is stored on our hosting provider's servers. Access to this data is restricted to authorized The Talent Bell staff through a password-protected administrative panel. While we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
6. Cookies
The Site uses minimal cookies required for core functionality (such as maintaining your session while filling out a multi-step form). If Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar tools are added in the future, this section will be updated to describe any additional cookies used for analytics purposes.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or until you request removal. You may request that your profile be withdrawn from active consideration at any time (see Section 8).
